Please allow 8-10 weeks for production of stone. Production time begins once drawing is approved. We will contact you within 2 business days to finalize the stones drawing. Please provide good contact information as this will hold up the ordering process.
Customers choosing to pay by check or money order please note that production will not begin till payment has been received and cleared.
Most Cemeteries have stone size restrictions. It is the duty of the customer to ensure that the stone they are ordering adheres to the cemetery's rules and regulations. SEK Monuments will not be held responsible nor issue refunds for stones found in violations.
There are three steps for ordering our stones.
Step 1: Place your order online and approve the preliminary design.
Step 2: Approve final design
Step 3: Stone goes into production.
Once customer has Approved final design (step 2) and stone has been sent into production (step 3) no refunds will be issued. Please ensure that all information is correct before approving the final design.
